American Tattoo Society Celebrates Grand Opening at Fort Irwin, CA
Fayetteville, NC (August 25, 2023) – In its recent expansion across the United States, American Tattoo Society (ATS) has opened a new studio at Fort Irwin located outside of Barstow, California. The new Fort Irwin location will be the fourth tattoo studio ATS has unveiled on an Army base, the ninth overall, since opening studios on Military Installations with AAFES. The ribbon-cutting ceremony was a tremendous success, with General Taylor helping to cut the ribbon.
The grand opening was on August 23rd, with guest artists tattooing from all across the United States. The tattoo artists were Emari Donahue, Eric “Ronin” Lugo, Keith Miller, and Azusena “Susi” Gaspar. InkMaster Alumni James Vaughn was also in-house on the 23rd to meet visitors and tattoo clients!
“I loved my time at Ft Irwin; this place has a community like no other, it’s really great!” – Aziel, an American Tattoo Society trainer.
“This grand opening was definitely something to see, having the full support of the base and leadership and seeing how they all came out to support us was amazing! It is going to be hard to top this grand opening!” says Ryan Harrell, who, along with his wife Nicole Harrell, own both American Tattoo Society & The All American Tattoo Convention.
American Tattoo Society of Fort Irwin is located in the Town Center, across from Pizza Hut and next to the nail salon. This location will comply with all Fort Irwin and Army Standard Operating Procedures regarding tattoo and health/safety regulations.
